銓敘部書函修正「公務人員退休資遣撫卹法」第37條、第38條及第67條規定，並自114年12月28日生效一案，請查照。
說明：
一、 依銓敘部115年1月2日部退三字第1145911715號書函辦理，並檢附來文及其附件影本各1份。
二、 銓敘部為使作業一致，請各機關學校配合辦理以下事項：
(一) 114年12月27日以前已審定之退休案：銓敘部刻正配合修正後規定進行相關作業系統調整，又已退休公務人員（含已審定尚未生效者）近18萬人，相關人員之退休所得替代率因需重新審定，時程推估約需半年，爰請各支給（發放）機關暫依原規定給與標準核發退休金，俟完成相關系統調整並重新審定後，屆時再依規定辦理
(二) 114年12月28日以後審定之退休案：銓敘部將依修正後規定隨案審定退休（職）所得替代率。至每月退休（職）所得部分，亦須配合於完成系統調整後始得計算，爰請各支給（發放）機關暫依原規定給與標準核發退休金，另基於作業一致性，將併同前開已審定之退休案作業時程辦理。
