| 二、 | 因應近年來社會關注兒童權利、平等與不歧視等議題，社家署與財團法人天主教善牧社會福利基金會合作，邀請第一線資深工作者共同分享實務工作中落實兒童權利公約（CRC）精神的案例，並彙整編製10個關於安置兒少、自立少年、社區兒少及原住民兒少等實務案例研析說明，議題涉及包含禁止歧視、生存及發展權、尊重兒童意見、表意權、最佳利益、少數民族與原住民兒童等公約權利主題，可作為兒少領域工作者執行業務及踐行公約理念之參考。 |
