| 一、 | 為落實公共媒體服務精神，並推廣客語學習，客家電視特提供兒少節目《學學嘴學學鼻》供全國幼兒園及國民小學免費申請校園公播，作為教學輔助資源使用。 |
| 二、 | 本節目內容以幼兒及國小學童之客語學習為基礎，透過音樂律動、兒童演唱及生活化客語詞彙，營造輕鬆且具互動性的學習情境，引導學童於唱歌、律動及唱跳活動中自然學習客語，適合作為客語教學及文化推廣之輔助教材。 |
