| 一、 | 依據教育部115年1月13日臺教學(五)字第1150002457號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 115年度反毒有功人士、團體評選標準及原則如次： |
| (一) | 以民間人士、團體等優先，公務人員、公務機關及學校次之。 |
| (二) | 以第一線實際承辦人員優先，督導及協辦人員次之。 |
| (三) | 同一事蹟曾接受行政院表揚者，不重複列入具體事蹟表揚。 |
| (四) | 反毒具體事蹟以連續性、長期性事蹟優先，偶發性、短暫性事蹟次之。 |
| (五) | 社會形象良好者優先。 |
| (六) | 評選時應考慮各推薦機關之衡平性，鼓勵各界參與。 |
| (七) | 屬配合政府推動各項政策之義務（業務）性質者，以不提報為原則，但具特殊性、創新性，且有具體績效者，不在此限。 |
| 三、 | 倘有適合表揚者(教育部律定各機關以1名個人或1組團體為限)，請填具推薦表1式3份、推薦名冊1份及25頁（面）以內佐證資料，並於115年2月5日（星期四）以前函送本局彙辦。電子檔請一併寄送承辦人電子信箱（du0510@ms.tyc.edu.tw），逾期不受理，無則免回復。 |
| 四、 | 所報推薦資料由教育部召開初選會議，擇優3名代表教育部參加「拒毒預防組」有功人士、團體遴選，獲選者以行政院名義製作獎盃及獎狀，於適當場合恭請總統或行政院院長頒發。 |
| 五、 | 為確保參選者被推薦資格公平性，報名資料須經所屬業務權責單位或上級主管機關具文並於推薦表用印，教育部始納入審查。 |
