有關各級公立學校依教育人員任用條例等法令進用之21類專任新進人員常態化、制度化查核機制一案，請查照並配合辦理。
說明：
一、 依教育部115年1月14日臺教人(二)字第1150003713號書函辦理。
二、 旨揭查核依該部114年9月19日函附「教育部主管法令進用之專任教育人員常態化、制度化之查核作業說明」辦理。
三、 為使旨揭查核實務執行周延，相關執行方式如下：
(一) 新進人員：須於參加甄（遴）選前，或擬聘任、進用、締結僱用契約前，應完成查核（具結），不配合查核者，不得參加甄（遴）選，或予以聘任、進用、 僱用。
(二) 於同一學校續聘之專任教師、公立高級中等以下學校兼任教師及代課教師：無須辦理查核。
(三) 建議於公立高級中等以下學校專任（代理）教師甄選作業及公立高級中等學校專任教師介聘作業相關表件中明訂應檢具「擬任(現職)人員在中國大陸設有戶籍、領用中國大陸護照、身分證、定居證或居住證情形具結書」。
四、 檢附該部115年1月14日臺教人(二)字第1150003713號原書函及114年9月19日臺教人(二)字第1140085902A號原函及其附件1份。
