| 主旨： | 轉知原住民族委員會辦理「115年度原住民族語言推廣人員專案培訓招募簡章」1份，鼓勵符合資格者踴躍報名，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據原住民族委員會115年2月10日原民教字第1150006818號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為強化原住民族語言推廣人員（下稱語推人員）專業知能，並建構制度化培訓機制，原住民族委員會規劃導入「集中訓練」及「實務演練」模式，以集中化訓練方式，系統性培育語言人才。參訓學員除支給學習津貼外，於結訓後即分發派任為語推人員，採「訓用合一」方式辦理，以確保語推人員之穩定與持續，爰辦理旨案培訓。 |
| 三、 | 培訓對象及資格： |
| (一) | 培訓對象：有志擔任語推人員者。 |
| (二) | 報名資格：取得原住民族語言能力認證測驗中高級（含）以上合格證書（含聽說讀寫）者。 |
| 四、 | 培訓時間及地點： |
| (一) | 培訓時間：115年4月15日起至115年12月11日止，週一至週五，每日上午9時至下午5時，將視實際安排彈性調整。 |
| (二) | 培訓地點：國立臺灣師範大學進修推廣學院（臺北市和平東路1段129號）。 |
| 五、 | 報名時間及甄選方式： |
| (一) | 報名時間：自即日起至115年3月5日下午5時止。 |
| (二) | 甄選方式： |
| １、 | 書面審查（30%）：審查項目包含族語能力證明、相關學經歷、族語推廣經驗及報名表填寫內容等。 |
| ２、 | 面試（70%）：評分項目包含族語基礎表達與溝通能力、對原住民族語言推廣工作之認知與投入意願、實務經驗、應變能力及服務穩定度、配合集中培訓及後續分發服務之意願。 |
| 六、 | 培訓期間提供免費住宿（師大會館），上課日提供早、午餐（須自備環保杯及餐具）。 |
| 七、 | 研習期間每人每月發給新臺幣2萬9,500元整，如中途退訓或未能配合分發服務者，應償還所領50%學習津貼。 |
| 八、 | 培訓相關規定： |
| (一) | 參訓學員皆須參與族語能力檢測，未依通過檢測者，應償還所領50%學習津貼。 |
| (二) | 參訓學員依測驗成績、服務意願及區域需求於結訓時分發。 |
| (三) | 結業分發後放棄資格或未依規定擔任語推人員工作服務滿2年者，應償還所領50%學習津貼。 |
| (四) | 參訓學員應於到職後2年內取得「原住民族語言能力認證測驗」高級以上合格證書。 |
| 九、 | 檢附「115年度原住民族語言推廣人員專案培訓」簡章1份。 |
