桃園市大園區公所 函
主旨： 為辦理115年地方公職人員選舉，請貴機關、學校惠予推薦與鼓勵所屬同仁擔任本區投開票所工作人員，請查照惠復。
說明：
一、 115年地方公職人員選舉投票案定於115年11月28日（星期六）舉行投票。
二、 查公職人員選舉罷免法第58條、第59條規定，投開票所主任管理員及三分之一以上管理員須為現任公教人員、主任監察員須為現任或曾任公教人員，選舉委員會得洽請各級政府機關及公立學校推薦後遴派之，受洽請之政府機關、公立學校及受遴派之政府機關職員、學校教職員，均不得拒絕。又投開票所工作人員係依選罷法公益徵調之人員，其工作性質涉國家公權利之行使，旨項工作確實亟需貴機關、學校等同仁協助，以圓滿達成任務，爰惠請貴屬依分配數協助鼓勵並推薦配額之同仁參加。
三、 針對投開票所工作人員推薦作業，除感謝貴機關、學校相關負責人等全力協助以外，亦感謝投入本項工作之同仁，請貴屬協助彙整名冊後，第一批名冊於115年4月30日（星期四）前惠復本所。
四、 承上，各機關、學校於選舉日前所推薦投票所工作人員倘有異動或增補員額，得隨時與本所聯繫並傳送名冊。
五、 檢附「投開票所工作人員名冊及登記卡」各1份。
