函轉有關115年地方公職人員選舉投開票所工作人員之遴派一案，請查照並協助辦理。
說明：
一、 依據中央選舉委員會115年2月26日中選務字第1153150035號函辦理。
二、 115年地方公職人員選舉定於115年11月28日（星期六）舉行投票。
三、 查公職人員選舉罷免法第58條、第59條規定，投票所、開票所主任管理員及三分之一以上管理員須為現任公教人員，主任監察員須為現任或曾任公教人員，選舉委員會得洽請各級政府機關及公立學校推薦後遴派之，受洽請之政府機關、公立學校及受遴派之政府機關職員、學校教職員，均不得拒絕。依上開規定，如直轄市、縣（市）選舉委員會或各鄉（鎮、市、區）公所基於業務需要，洽請貴機關及所屬機關學校推薦投開票所工作人員時，請惠予協助辦理，並請轉知所屬機關學校，鼓勵同仁踴躍參與投開票所工作。
