| 一、 | 依據本局115年統一發票推行辦理租稅美術創作競賽計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 辦理方式詳活動辦法，摘錄如下： |
| (一) | 畫作繪製內容：參賽者將統一發票兌獎管道新措施（含統一發票兌獎App）、購物消費索取統一發票、行動支付結合雲端發票、雲端發票自動化對獎、利用社會福利團體捐贈碼捐贈雲端發票、地方稅3大稅(房屋稅、使用牌照稅、地價稅)開徵訊息、國稅及地方稅種類、便民服務措施、多元化繳稅管道、稅收建設、重要稅制及稅政等為主題自訂題目，以繪畫方式呈現。 |
| (二) | 報名日期：即日起至115年5月20日下午5時止。 |
| (三) | 報名對象：桃園市所屬各公(私)立國民中學、國民小學3至6年級學生及本市滿15歲以上居民（具中華民國國籍者）。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：以四開圖畫紙繪製（直式、橫式皆可）完成後，請於收件截止日前自行送件（由本局掣發收據）或掛號（以作品寄出郵戳為憑）郵寄，即完成報名。 |
| (五) | 收件地點：本局服務科宣導股及各分局服務行政股。 |
| (六) | 早鳥參賽獎：於115年4月30日前交件者可獲得早鳥獎。 |
| (七) | 參賽組別及獎項：分為國小組、國中組及社會組，得獎者核發獎金及本局獎狀以茲鼓勵（國中組得獎學生已列入12年國教超額比序競賽加分之依據，給分標準特優（6分）、優等（5分）、佳作（3分）），其獎項及名額如下： |
| １、 | 國小組 |
| (１) | 特優獎3名：每名獎金3,600元、獎狀1張。 |
| (２) | 優等獎8名：每名獎金2,000元、獎狀1張。 |
| (３) | 佳作獎20名：每名獎金1,000元、獎狀1張。 |
| (４) | 入選20名：每名獎狀1張。 |
| ２、 | 國中組 |
| (１) | 特優獎1名：每名獎金3,600元、獎狀1張。 |
| (２) | 優等獎3名：每名獎金2,000元、獎狀1張。 |
| (３) | 佳作獎10名：每名獎金1,000元、獎狀1張。 |
| ３、 | 社會組（分3組主題，擇一主題參賽） |
| (１) | 特優獎（每主題各1名）：每名獎金3,600元、獎狀1張。 |
| (２) | 優等獎（每主題各3名）：每名獎金2,000元、獎狀1張。 |
| (３) | 佳作獎（每主題各5名）：每名獎金1,000元、獎狀1張。 |
