說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市政府教育局115年3月11日桃教中字第1150021361號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本校辦理學校型態實驗教育，為利115學年度新生招生作業 順暢，經桃園市政府教育局核准後，採分階段登記入學，調整115學年度新生入學期程如下： |
| (一)入學登記報名：115年3月16日至3月27日中午12時採線 |
| 上與實體報名。(報名連結及方式請參閱附件簡章) |
| (二)三階段入學作業： |
| １、第1、2階段入學：115年3月30日至31日學區內入學資 格審查，4月1日下午4時公告正取名單。 |
| ２、第3階段入學：115年4月2日上午10時大學區入學作 業， 4月2日下午4時公告大學區入學正取及備取生名 單。 |
| (三)報到時程： |
| １、正取生：115年4月12日中午12時完成報到程序。 |
| ２、備取生：115年4月13日公告缺額，請備取生於 4月14日 起依通知時間進行晤談與報到。 |
| (四)轉介配套措施：針對未錄取或放棄正(備)取資格者， 將由本校協助轉介至他校或回原學區學校入學。 |
| 三、 | 其餘有關新生報名事項請參閱附件中115學年度新生入學簡章及DM，相關資料亦公告於本校校網(https://www.yajh.tyc.edu.tw/)及新生入學專區(https://reurl.cc/ovdREM) |
