| 二、 | 旨揭課程內容涵蓋食品安全管理基礎知識、食品安全管理系統認證標章、食品添加物，以及食品加工技術對人類文明與福祉之貢獻。課程共分為6個子課程，包括「創造價值的食品加工技術」、「淺談食品安全管理」、「食品添加物面面觀」、「食品加工技術原理簡介」、「食品微生物的奧秘與探索」與「無所不在的食品微生物」。 |
