| 一、 | 依據財團法人台灣永續能源研究基金會115年3月5日(115)永能新字第1150010041號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 該會主辦「2026年第十六屆氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」，以「生物多樣性」為繪畫主軸，呼應國際《昆明－蒙特婁全球生物多樣性框架》，以「多樣地球探險隊」為主題，引導學生從在地環境出發，觀察自然中不同生命彼此依存、共生共榮之樣貌，進而思考人類與自然建立長久且友善關係之可能性；鼓勵師生改變行為並付諸實踐，深化氣候與永續教育，提升社會大眾之環境意識。 |
| 三、 | 為深化地方環境教育推動成效，鼓勵師生參與並強化教學連結，敬請貴校協助辦理下列事項： |
| (一) | 請於貴校網站、社群媒體及相關管道推廣活動資訊。 |
| (二) | 鼓勵貴校學生踴躍參與繪畫比賽，並鼓勵教師參與115年5月6日種子教師工作坊。 |
