| 一、 | 依據「教育部品德教育促進方案」及桃園市楊梅區瑞塘國民小學（以下簡稱瑞塘國小）115年3月13日瑞塘小輔字第1150001547號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫摘錄如下（詳見實施計畫）： |
| (一) | 實施對象：本市國中小學生。 |
| (二) | 實施方式： |
| １、 | 藝文競賽項目： |
| (１) | 參賽對象： |
| 甲、 | 孝親創意卡片設計：國小低、中年級學生。 |
| 乙、 | 孝親創意標語設計：國小高年級及國中學生。 |
| (２) | 參賽方式：依學校參賽班級數各分為A、B、C 三組（以本市國民中小學普通班班級數核定表為準）： |
| 甲、 | A 組：12班以下學校。 |
| 乙、 | B 組：13至24班學校。 |
| 丙、 | C 組：25班以上學校。 |
| (３) | 各項作品一律單人創作，送件請填實施計畫附件1至5（附件2作品標示表，需黏貼於作品背面） |
| ２、 | 推動孝親活動競爭型計畫補助：配合生活節慶與學校活動為主，規劃推展與【感恩】、【孝敬】品德有關之教孝活動。預計補助全市共計20校，每校各新臺幣1萬元整。請有意願參與之學校，填列申請表（實施計畫附件6）送件參選。 |
| (１) | 送件與取回作品方式： |
| 甲、 | 藝文競賽項目 |
| (甲) | 收件時間為115年4月8日（星期三）至同年月10日（星期五）止。 |
| (乙) | 請各校於115年4月20日（星期一）至同年月24日（星期五）前至瑞塘國小取回投稿作品。 |
| 乙、 | 推動孝親活動競爭型計畫補助 |
| (甲) | 收件時間自即日起至115年4月10日（星期五）止。 |
| (乙) | 申請學校經評審建議需要修正計畫者，於115年4月17日（星期五）寄至contest@m.jtps.tyc.edu.tw，審查後會公告是否通過。 |
| 丙、 | 以上資料請親送或郵寄（郵戳為憑）至瑞塘國小輔導室（請註明參加「桃園市115年度國民中小學孝親活動競賽」，地址：326桃園市楊梅區瑞溪路2段100號），逾期不予受理。 |
| (三) | 公告結果：115年4月20日（星期一）前，由本局另函公告獲選名單；並同步公告於瑞塘國小網站。 |
| (四) | 獎勵： |
| １、 | 藝文競賽項目（孝親創意卡片設計與孝親創意標語設計比賽）：得獎者，可獲獎狀及禮券；指導老師核予行政獎勵（獎額詳見實施計畫）。 |
| ２、 | 獲選為本案推動孝親活動競爭型計畫補助學校之工作人員，核敘嘉獎1次2名及獎狀1紙2名。 |
