| 主旨： | 有關本局「心靈加油站學生心理關懷平臺(網址：https://care.tyc.edu.tw)」新增建置家長諮詢功能一案，請協助宣導週知，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局113年2月29日桃教學字第1130017994號函續辦。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭平臺業於113年3月1日上線，提供學生於放學後時段，如有人際相處、課業、生涯規劃等遭遇問題待關懷諮詢時使用，透過關懷人員與學生以純文字即時線上對話，或以信件方式，針對學生各項適應困擾問題，提供關懷資訊，延伸學校輔導功能，全面促進維護學生身心健康。 |
| 三、 | 為擴展服務內容，提供全方面支持服務，旨揭平臺新增提供本市高中、國中、國小每位學生主要照顧者、監護人，1年6次免費諮詢服務，強化家長親職教育功能，提供家庭教養相關諮詢服務及促進親子關係修復與成長，服務內容摘要及預約方式，說明如下： |
| (一) | 服務內容摘要： |
| １、 | 服務對象：有家庭教育需求者之家長(其小孩需就讀本市高級中等以下學校)。 |
| ２、 | 服務方式：採實體諮詢或是線上諮詢一對一諮詢。 |
| ３、 | 服務時段：平日(星期一至星期五)：下午2時至晚上9時。假日(星期六)：上午10時至晚上9時，週日及連續假期不提供服務。 |
| (二) | 預約方式： |
| １、 | 填寫預約表單，並上傳身分驗證文件等相關資料。 |
| ２、 | 加入Line@與諮商所確定諮詢時間及地點。 |
| ３、 | 預約完成後，採實體諮詢者，請提早10分鐘至諮詢地點；採線上諮詢者，將於諮詢前一日以Line方式私訊提供線上視訊連結。 |
