| 一、 | 依據花蓮縣政府115年3月30日府教終字第1150058102號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為傳承書法藝術，提倡書寫的生活美學，鼓勵全國學生及社會人士，皆寫出一手好字，特舉辦本活動。 |
| 三、 | 活動說明如下： |
| (一) | 競賽日期、地點：115年7月4日(星期六)，假花蓮縣立體育館(花蓮市達固湖灣大路23號)舉行。 |
| (二) | 競賽組別：競賽分為硬筆類及書法類，組別為國小中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組、高中職組及社會組，共5組，各類組別分別競賽。 |
| (三) | 競賽方式：採現場書寫方式辦理，硬筆類20分鐘、書法類70分鐘。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：115年5月11日(星期一)上午8時起至5月20日(星期三)中午12時止，採線上報名方式辦理(花蓮蘭亭大會：https://art.hlc.edu.tw/lanting/publish/plan2026.asp)。 |
| (五) | 學校報名密碼預設為abc+學校電話，格式為abc038462860 （含區碼，不含其他符號）。 |
