| 主旨： | 有關本局辦理「115年度桃園市原住民族兒童及少年成長營-sakalemed ita「原」來我很會!」一案，敬請貴校惠予協助宣傳並鼓勵學生踴躍參與，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為協助本市原住民青少年透過多元體驗與自我探索發掘潛能，並建立自信、增進同儕互動技巧，特辦理旨揭活動。 |
| 二、 | 本次成長營規劃一系列探索教育與共融體驗課程，活動簡要資訊如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間：115年6月13日(六)至115年6月14日(日)。 |
| (二) | 活動地點：桃園青年體驗學習園區、基隆市立八斗高中。 |
| (三) | 參加對象：設籍桃園市具原住民身分之國中、國小學生。 |
| (四) | 活動費用：全程免費。 |
| 三、 | 報名方式： |
| (一) | 線上報名：請於115年5月25日(一)17時前，由學生或家長掃描簡章QRcode點選連結完成報名：https://forms.gle/cV6d61iUmUVewVEVA。 |
| (二) | 學校協助報名：考量部分學生可能無個人手機或網路設備，建請貴校班導師、輔導室或相關處室老師協助有意願之學生代為線上報名。 |
| 四、 | 隨函檢附活動海報及簡章各1份，請貴校惠予利用學校官網、社群平台或班級導師群組協助推廣宣傳。 |
