| 一、 | 依據桃園市龜山區自強國民小學115年4月24日強小教字第1150002625號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 無痕山林教育親師生夏令營活動實施計畫如下： |
| (一) | 時間：115年7月1日(星期三)上午7時10分至下午3時。 |
| (二) | 地點：東眼山自然教育中心。 |
| (三) | 上車地點： |
| １、 | 北區：自強國小(龜山區自強東路269號)集合上車。 |
| ２、 | 南區：仁和國小(大溪區仁和二街50號)。 |
| (四) | 參加對象：本市小學親師生。(共錄取40位，每校至多5 人)。 |
| (五) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 115年5月28日前將報名表寄送至自強國小學務主 任：betty@m2.zqes.tyc.edu.tw，主旨請敘明「○○國小無痕山林教育親師生夏令營活動報名表」以利彙整資料(每校最多可報名5位)。 |
| ２、 | 兩項報名文件(完成核章之pdf檔及word檔如附件)缺一，皆視為報名未完成，視同放棄。 |
| ３、 | 紙本報名表完成核章後，請於115年5月28日(星期四)前郵寄至自強國小學務處備查(33347桃園市龜山區自強東路269號學務主任收)，報名截止後，寄發錄取結果信件至承辦人電子信箱。 |
| 三、 | 如有相關疑問請聯洽自強國小學務處鄧靖眉主任（電話：359-0758分機310）。 |
| 四、 | 檢附旨案計畫1份。 |
