| 主旨： | 函轉「AI衝擊下臺灣中小學教育的轉型─教師、學生與AI的協力與共創調查問卷」，請轉知所屬教師惠予協助填寫問卷，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺中教育大學115年4月28日臺中大學資統字第1152060679號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭問卷係為調查瞭解高級中等以下學校教師於課程、教學、評量及教師專業發展中，運用AI作為夥伴的實際情形，並探究人機協作關係的發展現況、需求及所面臨的挑戰。透過資料蒐集與分析作為黃昆輝教授教育基金會專題研究之政策建言參考。 |
| 三、 | 本次調查採線上填答方式進行，填答相關事項說明如下： |
| (一) | 填答對象：高級中等以下學校教師。 |
| (二) | 填答網址： https://forms.gle/gT3AZ5T4XMdBVgcx6 |
| (三) | 請於115年5月31日(星期日)前上網填答問卷。完成問卷填答後，可留下E-mail參加抽獎。 |
