| 主旨： | 有關本市115年度中小學數位學習實施計畫「學生攜帶載具回家學習（THSD）」調查填報一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部115年5月5日臺教資(三)字第1152701317號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為鼓勵教師引導學生運用數位學習平台延伸學習時間，並落實載具攜回（THSD）自主學習模式，本局辦理旨揭計畫，提供經費補助與行政支持。 |
| 三、 | 本案現階段為參與意願調查，補助重點及相關事項初步說明如下： |
| (一) | 經費補助：獲核定學校每校預計補助新臺幣4萬元（全數經常門），可用於載具維修、教學耗材及執行本計畫所需之代理代課費。 |
| (二) | 計畫期程：115年6月1日起至116年7月31日止。 |
| (三) | 實施規範： |
| １、 | 參與班級以「班級」為單位申請，原則以每校至少2班參與為規劃方向。 |
| ２、 | 參與教師建議已完成B1、B2研習，並於計畫執行期間完成B5-1、B5-2增能研習。 |
| (四) | 推動評估：本計畫涉及行政推動、親師溝通、載具管理及課程實施等事項（含成立數位學習推動小組、規劃學生載具攜回使用機制、辦理親師說明會及成果發表等），請貴校審慎評估參與可行性。 |
| (五) | 辦理方式： |
| １、 | 本次填報僅供本局進行意願調查及初步篩選。 |
| ２、 | 經本局篩選符合條件之學校，後續將另案函發詳細實施計畫及經費申請作業流程。 |
| 四、 | 填報資訊如下： |
| (一) | 填報期限：115年5月14日（星期四）下午5時前。 |
| (二) | 填報編號：1657號(https://doc.tyc.edu.tw/modules/survey/index.php?op=sign_form&ofsn=1657)。 |
| (三) | 未填報或未申請本計畫之學校，本局將視整體推動情形，並參酌相關數據及學校需求，適時提供入校輔導或資源協助。 |
