| 主旨： | 有關本市「115年度中小學數位學習實施計畫-數位學習示範學校」申請說明一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部115年5月5日臺教資(三)字第1152701317號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案計畫期程自115年6月1日起至116年7月31日止，補助對象為公私立國小、國中及高中職，說明如下： |
| (一) | 師生常態化使用學習載具、數位學習平臺及AI學習系統進行個人化與差異化學習，並可配合隨時入校觀課。 |
| (二) | 學校全年級實施為原則(或全校實施，例如全校為6班(含)以下)。深化「四學模式」應用於各領域，教師應用數位學習平臺之AI學習夥伴擴展至學生多元領域之學習，提升學生自主學習策略與問題解決能力。 |
| (三) | 擴散教師數位教學社群運作，增加觀議課與經驗共享，促進教學協作。 |
| (四) | 善用教育大數據進行教學成效評估，提供師生個人化學習路徑與回饋。 |
| (五) | 工作項目詳如附件申請說明。 |
| 三、 | 有意申請之學校，請於115年5月18日(星期一)下午5時前，將核章申請表1份送達本局辦理初審核轉，如未於期限內繳交則視為無需求。 |
| 四、 | 檢送旨揭申請說明1份。 |
