| 一、 | 依據本局115年3月30日桃教體字第1150027331號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案活動相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象： |
| １、 | 本市115年度執行防災校園基礎建置計畫學校(名單如附件一)為必要參加學校，請務必報名送件。 |
| ２、 | 本市高、國中、小學教師及防災教育輔導團成員鼓勵報名參加。 |
| (二) | 參賽規定：每件教案之參賽人數以4人為限(須同校)，作 品主題及內容需符合防災教育相關議題，以十二年國民 教育（任選）適用為原則，教學時間至少須達四節課設 計。 |
| (三) | 收件日期：即日起至115年10月30日(星期五)下午4時前逕 送桃園市大溪區永福國民小學輔導室陳主任收(掛號郵寄 者，以郵戳為憑)。 |
| (四) | 獎勵： |
| １、 | 特優（2案）：核予嘉獎1次，著作積分0.1分，每案頒 發稿費新臺幣6,500元。 |
| ２、 | 優等（3案）：核予獎狀1紙，著作積分0.1分，每案頒 發稿費新臺幣6,000元。 |
| ３、 | 佳作（5案）：核予獎狀1紙，著作積分0.1分，每案頒 發稿費新臺幣5,500元。 |
| ４、 | 以上得獎著作由二人以上合作者，稿費及著作積分給分 依作者人數平均之。其核發依「桃園市高級中等以下學 校教育人員研究著作給分審查要點」辦理。 |
| ５、 | 稿費依實際教案字數覈實計算，上述所列為各獎項最高 稿費支領額度，並依「中央政府各機關學校出席費及稿 費支給要點」辦理。 |
