| 一、 | 依據國家人權博物館115年5月5日人權典字第11530013611號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 國家人權博物館為配合聯合國通過兩公約（公民與政治權利國際公約及經濟社會文化權利國際公約，簡稱兩公約）60年及519白恐記憶日，推出「2026年人權講座」系列活動，包括四場主題講座，邀請不同領域的講者，從影視創作中的白恐歷史詮釋、威權體制下的司法角色、戒嚴時期的聲音記憶到當代戰爭情境下的人權議題等多元觀點，期盼帶動社會各界對人權的關注與對話。 |
| 三、 | 首場講座以客家電視台所製播的電視影集《星空下的黑潮島嶼》為主題，邀請導演王傳宗與製作人羅亦娌進行對談，分享從創作發想到完成製作的歷程，並探討媒體在處理白恐歷史題材時，如何在歷史真實與戲劇張力、語言呈現及製作條件之間取得平衡，讓戲劇成為吸引觀眾走入歷史的重要媒介。 |
