| 主旨： | 為辦理本市115年「中小學數位學習實施計畫」數位內容與教學軟體需求調查填報一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市115年「中小學數位學習實施計畫」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為利掌握各校所需之數位內容與教學軟體（以下簡稱軟體），特辦理本次需求調查，以作為本局後續規劃與預算評估之參考。最終核定品項與配發數量，將由本局另案通知。 |
| 三、 | 本案填報作業說明如下： |
| (一) | 本次規劃統購軟體項目： |
| １、 | 包含「AILEAD365線上教學平臺」、「翰林雲端學院 TEAMS Lite」及「ClassSwift 課堂互動軟體」等3項。請依實際需求填寫數量，無需求者填「0」。 |
| ２、 | 前開統購軟體之實際配發數，本局將視各校114年度數位學習推動成效（包含載具使用率、軟體使用數據、研習參與率、經費執行及結報情形等）另案審核配發。 |
| (二) | 各校自主需求軟體項目： |
| １、 | 請至教育部「校園數位內容與教學軟體」選購名單內挑選。 |
| ２、 | 每校至多填寫5項，並依需求程度由高至低（排序1至5）依序填列。 |
| ３、 | 本局已大量採購之軟體(含HiTeach、myViewBoard、PaGamO、Padlet、Wordwall、Kahoot!、HyRead、威力導演旗艦版、自然輸入法、國語日報數位版、非常好色及Adobe Creative Cloud等)，本次調查無須重複填報。 |
| ４、 | 另本局統購之LoiLoNote授權將於116年2月12日屆期，倘仍有教學需求，請務必於本部分自行評估提出。 |
| (三) | 請務必經正式會議(如：行政會議、主管會議或教師晨會等)共同討論確認，並於調查表內詳實填註開會日期與會議名稱；另校內會議紀錄及提報需求之教師名單，請自行留存備查。 |
| (四) | 請於115年6月25日(星期四)下午5時前至「桃園市政府教育局線上填報系統暨通知系統」(https://doc.tyc.edu.tw/modules/survey/index.php?op=sign_form&ofsn=1667) 填報( 編號1667)，並請上傳彩色核章掃描PDF檔，如逾期填報或缺件者，視同無需求，本局將不予受理。 |
| 四、 | 檢送軟體需求調查表1份。 |
