| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國家表演藝術中心臺中國家歌劇院115年6月12日歌劇院藝教字第1150000615號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案邀請學校師生到訪專業劇場，從演前影片教學、現場示範演出到演後活動學習單，以系統性的演出欣賞歷程，提升學習深度與連結。 |
| 三、 | 本活動邀請爵士音樂家魏廣晧，以輕鬆活潑的方式，帶領學生感受爵士樂的音樂風格與節奏型態，並認識爵士樂的多元樣貌與發展脈絡。 |
| 四、 | 活動簡章詳如附件，要點如下： |
| (一) | 演出地點：臺中國家歌劇院中劇院（臺中市西屯區惠來路二段101號）。 |
| (二) | 演出時間及場次：115年11月4日（星期三）及115年11月5日（星期四）10時30分、14時，共4場。 |
| (三) | 參加對象：全臺國民小學高年級（5、6年級）、國民中學師生及家長。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：自115年6月15日（星期一）中午12時至115年7月13（星期一）中午12時，額滿為止。 |
| (五) | 活動資訊及報名表單請見歌劇院官方網站：https://npacntt.tw/n01FzI3u，正取與候補名單將於115年8月5日（星期三）前以E-mail 通知各校承辦老師。。 |
| (六) | 注意事項： |
| １、 | 請以學校為單位申請，每班須安排1至2位隨隊老師，每班得安排隨隊家長至多5名，每校含隨隊老師及家長至多80名。 |
| ２、 | 參加學校需自行安排交通、學生用餐及保險等相關事宜。 |
| ３、 | 參加115年10月14日（星期三）教師工作坊之學校得優先獲得活動參與機會。 |
