| 一、 | 依據臺北市立大學115年6月23日北市大師培字第1156019309號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案學分班相關訊息摘要說明如下(詳如簡章)： |
| (一) | 招生人數：招收1班，共計50名，招生人數如不足15人臺北市立大學保留開班權利。 |
| (二) | 報考資格：臺北市立大學師資培育及職涯發展中心依據各縣市政府薦送之教師名單，依序通知教師檢送相關資料報名，並於本校師資培育及職涯發展中心網站公告最後確認參加教師名單。如尚有餘額，則由臺北市立大學自行招生遞補。 |
| (三) | 錄取方式： |
| １、 | 【第壹類】縣市政府薦送參與之教師資格與說明如下：申請人具特殊教育學校(班)教師證書且為國小教育階段身心障礙組，並任職於國小之在職專任教師。 |
| ２、 | 【第貳類】臺北市立大學自行招生，招生階段對象及順序如下（第二類人員報考資格如條件相同，則依報名資料收件先後順序錄取）： |
| (１) | 順位1：申請人具特殊教育學校(班)教師證書且為國小教育階段身心障礙組，並任職於國小之在職專任教師。 |
| (２) | 順位2：具特殊教育學校(班)教師證書且為國小教育階段身心障礙組且聘期為三個月以上之國小或中等學校代理、代課或兼任在職教師。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：一律採「網路線上+郵寄紙本報名」，不接受現場報名。 |
| (五) | 錄取方式及標準：第二類人員報考資格如條件相同，則按報名收件次序錄取。 |
| (六) | 教學地點：臺北市立大學博愛校區公誠樓3樓（臺北市中正區愛國西路1號），上課教室另行公告。 |
