| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣藝術教育館115年7月16日藝演字第1150001684號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭比賽實施要點修正重點如下： |
| (一) | 增列「經各縣市藝術才能（音樂類）資賦優異鑑定通過並採『特殊教育方案』安置之學生」參賽資格專案申請規定。 |
| (二) | 個人項目新增「上低音號」獨奏國中及高中職AB組，以及大專組。 |
| (三) | 明定計時終止線設置約位於舞臺寬度四分之三處。 |
| (四) | 明定鋼琴調音A=442Hz。 |
| (五) | 參賽者名冊A組組別相關文字酌作文字修正，以及於參賽學生證明處，增訂列冊學生符合組隊規定等文字。 |
| 三、 | 本比賽決賽預定辦理時間，說明如下： |
| (一) | 團體項目分（北、中、南）區：自116年3月1日起辦理。 |
| (二) | 個人項目：自116年3月15日起辦理。 |
| (三) | 本比賽決賽整體辦理時間循往例為當年度3月1日至3月31日止（包括團體及個人項目），本學年度決賽確定日期及賽程將於116年1月15日前公告於本比賽官網。 |
| 四、 | 本賽事涉及學生免試入學比序項目之採計、以競賽表現入學之申請，同時為維護學生參賽權益，請於其他活動相關期程規劃時，將本比賽決賽期程納入評估，俾避免及降低本賽事與其他活動辦理時間衝突情形。 |
| 五、 | 115學年度新增個人項目「上低音號」獨奏項目之指定曲（草案）以及旨揭比賽實施要點業同步公告於全國學生音樂比賽網站(https://web.arte.gov.tw/music/)。 |
