| 一、 | 本年度截至7月20日止，已發生2起學生溺水事件，其中5名遇溺、2名死亡。為確保學生暑假活動安全與權益，請加強宣導向學生及家長戶外活動（山域及水域）相關基礎防救知識，並慎選合法立案之業者，注意業者之安全防護與緊急救護規劃及措施，並提醒學生切勿前往未經許可、無救生人員或已設置危險標示之溪流、河川、埤塘及圳排等場所戲水。 |
| 二、 | 鼓勵導師透過班級通訊群組主動推播安全資訊進行事前提醒與風險管理，呼籲家長假期期間關注子女行蹤與安全，共同守護孩子生命安全；如有學生參與水域相關活動致溺水事件發生，請即時依校安事件通報，以確保災害狀況即時掌握及應對，減少潛在風險對校園安全之影響。 |
| 三、 | 請各校務必重視水域安全宣導，深化師生戲水各項防範與注意事項，「多一分準備，少一分遺憾」，以提升學生防溺意識及自我保護能力。 |
| 四、 | 相關宣導漫畫、文宣等，可至本局首頁（網址：https://www.tyc.edu.tw/Default.aspx）> 水域安全專區下載運用。 |
| 五、 | 本案副本抄送本市行政機關及各區公所協助加強宣導民眾水域安全事宜。 |
