| 主旨： | 請貴校踴躍報名參與「高級中等學校教師本土語文認證培訓實施計畫－115年原住民族語（泰雅族語）認證加強班（11月）」，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署115年9月16日臺教國署原字第1150089190B號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭課程資訊如下： |
| (一) | 日期：115年11月7日(星期六)、11月8日(星期日)，每日上午9時至下午4時20分，共計2日，12小時。 |
| (二) | 班別與人數：泰雅族語（1班，每班15人）。 |
| (三) | 授課方式：Google Meet線上研習（課程網址將於課前通知中說明 |
| (四) | 報名資格： |
| １、 | 第一順位：參加過高級中等學校本土語文教育資源中心原住民族語認證輔導班之教師。 |
| ２、 | 第二順位：高級中等學校及國民中小學有意願教授原住民族語之學校教師。 |
| (五) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 115年10月5日(星期一)起至10月25日(星期日)止，至全國教師在職進修資訊網（https://www4.inservice.edu.tw/）完成線上報名。 |
| ２、 | 課程代碼：5710682。 |
| ３、 | 報名時，請填列正確通訊資料（含手機號碼、電子信箱），並確認「全國教師在職進修資訊網」登錄之個人資料是否正確，以利後續聯繫。 |
| (六) | 審核資格： |
| １、 | 報名截止後，依照「全國教師在職進修資訊網」報名順序，進行資格審核。審查結果請自行至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」查詢；審查通過者，請學校據此惠予教師公（差）假出席。 |
| ２、 | 課程相關注意事項（含上課網址），將於開課前5個工作天以電子郵件寄送「課前通知」，審核通過者敬請留意電子信箱。 |
