| 一、 | 適逢連續假期，親師生前往野外溪流進行露營、烤肉及戲水等活動頻率增加，爰請親師生提高警覺，切勿輕忽水域活動之潛在危險，確保生命安全。相關防溺十招宣導文宣歡迎至本局首頁（網址：https://www.tyc.edu.tw/Default.aspx）> 水域安全專區踴躍下載並配合宣導落實： |
| (一) | 戲水地點需合法，要有救生設備與人員。 |
| (二) | 避免做出危險行為，不要跳水。 |
| (三) | 湖泊溪流落差變化大，戲水游泳格外小心。 |
| (四) | 不要落單，隨時注意同伴狀況位置。 |
| (五) | 下水前先暖身，不可穿著牛仔褲下水。 |
| (六) | 不可在水中嬉鬧惡作劇。 |
| (七) | 身體疲累狀況不佳，不要戲水游泳。 |
| (八) | 不要長時間浸泡在水中，小心失溫。 |
| (九) | 注意氣象報告，現場氣候不佳不要戲水。 |
| (十) | 加強游泳漂浮技巧，不幸落水保持冷靜放鬆。 |
| 二、 | 倘發現溺水情事，應先撥打緊急聯絡電話，切勿貿然下水： |
| (一) | 消防救災防護專線（內陸水域）：119。 |
| (二) | 海巡服務專線（臨海水域）：118。 |
| (三) | 警政報案專線：110。 |
| (四) | 行動電話急難救助專線：112。 |
| 三、 | 為提升師生與家長之海洋活動自主風險管理意識，國家海洋研究院已開發 「GoOcean 海洋遊憩風險資訊平台」（https://goocean.namr.gov.tw/），彙整相關環境安全風險分級實況，方便親師生於進行海域活動前，即時查詢海氣象現況與風險程度，建議於出遊前利用該平台進行評估，落實防溺準備，確保活動安全。 |
| 四、 | 假期間如發生緊急或重大校安事件，應依相關規定啟動必要處理機制，並於時限內完成校安通報作業，俾利掌握校園安全及災害情事，減少危害安全事件發生。 |
| 五、 | 副本抄送本府相關單位及本市各區公所，務請於假期前加強民眾水域宣導，以維護市民安全。 |
