| 一、 | 第22屆「In My Homeland —我的家園」國際繪畫比賽熱烈徵稿。本活動由環境品質文教基金會與國際綠十字白俄羅斯（Green Cross Belarus）共同推動，全球超過四十國青年學子參與，引導學生透過畫筆關懷土地環境與生活記憶。 |
| 二、 | 開學伊始，誠摯邀請年滿 6歲至18歲之兒童與青少年踴躍參與，於八開（B4，26 × 38 cm）圖畫紙上繪出「我的家園」，創作風格、媒材不拘。作品請於民國115年10月15日前寄出（郵戳為憑），收件地址為本會臺北辦公室（10641臺北市大安區信義路二段88號6樓之一，「我的家園」活動小組收）。 |
| 三、 | 得獎作品數量沒有限制，評審著重創作者對家園生活的真實感知與環境對話。各年級皆有機會得獎，預估得獎率可達總收件數一成以上。參賽作品將由本會整理、提送東歐白俄羅斯進行國際評審，於2027年4月頒發國際數位獎狀，擇優於臺灣辦理展覽或出版。誠摯邀請指導教師於作品中具名，共同分享這份榮耀。 |
| 四、 | 為傳達臺灣各地家園之美，2025年第21屆「我的家園」國際繪畫比賽特展，即將於9月21日至10月5日，假遠東百貨竹北店8樓藝文長廊舉辦。活動免費現場並有精美小禮，歡迎協助轉知活動訊息，邀請 貴校師生、家長於中秋佳節前往觀展，踴躍投稿。 |
