| 主旨： | 敬請貴單位協助推廣本中心「115年度《牛爺爺的心願》兒童劇（桃園場）」（下稱本活動），無任感荷，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 本中心為促進民眾主動和家人溝通自己的醫療決定，建立更開放並尊重個人意願的醫病模式，並鼓勵其預立醫療決定、安寧緩和療護及器官捐贈意願（下稱預立意願），自115年起，陸續於各縣市辦理本活動巡迴演出，讓預立醫療照護諮商（ACP）及預立醫療決定（AD）政策在各地推動，家長及學童得以在預見未來罹病狀況下，與家人開啟對話並預立心願，在完成人生旅程之際，不留遺憾的道別。 |
| 二、 | 隨函併附海報如附件，請貴校協助向校內教師及學生推廣本活動，讓生命議題能夠從不同面向融入教育中，鼓勵個人與家庭溝通生命自主及預立意願的觀念，能夠從不同角度重新認識生命旅程的抉擇及預立意願的重要性，並遵循個人決定落實醫療決策。 |
