| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據：教育部國民及學前教育署115年4月15日臺教國署國字第1155500787號函「115戶外與海洋風險管理專業師資培訓計畫」。 |
| 二、 | 活動緣起與目的： |
| (一) | 為增強教師戶外及海洋教育風險管理之專業能力，提升教師帶領學生參與課程之意願，特辦理旨揭計畫，以延續政策推動並促進戶外與海洋教育之普及化，強化風險管理能力與實作技術。 |
| (二) | 本課程為期2天，內容涵蓋風險管理概念、風險管理矩陣分析、風險管理計畫書與緊急行動計畫書撰寫，以及戶外登山專項實地風險管理計畫與技術操作。 |
| (三) | 本場次教師報名人數須達15名始開課；若未達開課人數，將取消本次課程並擇期辦理，請留意後續公告。學員報名即視同承諾全程參與。 |
| 三、 | 辦理單位： |
| (一) | 主辦單位：教育部國民及學前教育署。 |
| (二) | 承辦單位：桃園市戶外與海洋教育中心、國立臺灣海洋大學臺灣海洋教育中心。 |
| 四、 | 參與對象：全國公私立國民中小學及高級中學在職教師，人數以30名為上限。（如報名人數超過30名，將優先錄取具帶領學生參與戶外/登山活動經驗，或曾參加戶外風險管理相關研習者。） |
| 五、 | 研習辦理資訊： |
| (一) | 研習時間：115年12月12日（六）至12月13日（日），每日上午8時至下午5時（共計2日）。 |
| (二) | 集合地點：桃園市立東興國民中學（桃園市中壢區廣州路25號，距離中壢火車站不到10分鐘。） |
| (三) | 課程地點： |
| １、 | 學科：桃園市立東興國民中學。(校內提供停車位) |
| ２、 | 術科(實作課) ：桃園溪州山(提供東興至溪洲山遊覽車接駁) |
| (四) | 研習時數：全程參與者，核發教師研習時數16小時。 |
| (五) | 課程內容：詳細課程表將檢附於錄取通知信件。 |
| (六) | 課程二日中午均提供中餐，請自備餐具。 |
| 六、 | 報名與錄取相關事項： |
| (一) | 報名日期：即日起至115年11月20日（五）16:00止。 |
