| 一、 | 依據內政部移民署(以下簡稱移民署)112年11月8日移署移字第11201355882號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提供全國清寒及優秀之新住民及子女適當關懷扶助及獎勵，同時鼓勵新住民積極參加技術士技能檢定取得證照，培養新住民子女特殊優秀才能，增加社會競爭力，特研訂旨揭計畫。 |
| 三、 | 有關本計畫重點摘述如下： |
| (一) | 受理及獲獎公告期間： |
| １、 | 報名期間：自113年2月22日（星期四）至113年3月22日（星期五）完成系統報名作業，並下載系統載有流水編號之申請表等資料，連同應檢附文件，於113年3月29日（星期五）前寄至移民署，以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理。 |
| ２、 | 獲獎名單公告：預計113年5月底。 |
| (二) | 申請對象：新住民及子女。 |
| (三) | 核發獎項及金額： |
| １、 | 核發獎項：包括新住民子女特殊才能獎勵金、總統教育獎勵金、新住民及子女優秀及清寒獎（助）學金與新住民證照獎勵金。 |
| ２、 | 核發金額：視申請獎項核予2,000元至5萬元不等獎助（勵）學金。 |
| 四、 | 請學校協助推薦及鼓勵符合條件之新住民及子女踴躍報名，並依限完成新住民及子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統線上報名與寄送申請資料（含申請表及相關佐證資料）至移民署（10066臺北市中正區廣州街15號，移民事務組游先生）彙辦，有關系統申請開放期間或如有其他異動，將另行通知。 |
| 五、 | 檢附112學年度新住民及子女培力與獎助（勵）學金計畫1分。 |
