路跑活動參與者安全維護及權益保障應注意事項

主旨：	轉知教育部體育署來函提醒路跑活動注意事項，詳如說明，請貴單位協助公告周知並配合辦理，請查照。

說明：

一、	依據教育部體育署112年11月7日臺教體署全(三)字第1120045488A號函辦理。

二、	請貴單位辦理相關路跑活動前須依「路跑活動參與者安全維護及權益保障應注意事項」訂定實施計畫（包含是否依相關規定投保公共意外責任險），並於送活動所在地或道路主管機關審核後，始得開放報名。

三、	檢附「路跑活動參與者安全維護及權益保障應注意事項」1份。
