| 一、 | 依據臺中市政府新聞局112年12月18日中市新影字第1120009080號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭為行銷臺中城市意象及推廣動畫產業，該局補助動畫電影《妖怪森林》製作，該片預計於113年1月19日於全臺院線戲院上映，為推廣臺灣動畫電影及在地文化特色，配合電影上映辦理繪畫比賽活動，邀請全國國小一至六年級學生發揮創意，以「和自己的妖怪交朋友」為靈感，畫出心目中「妖怪」的神采樣貌，創作出富有想象力的精采作品。 |
| 三、 | 繪畫比賽活動相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 至《妖怪森林》粉絲專頁「繪畫比賽」貼文(112年12月11日下午5點公佈)，下載電子線稿或影印，以A3白紙(29.7x42cm)制式規格列印（規格不符者恕不受理)。 |
| (二) | 參加比賽者需填寫圖稿報名基本資料與同意書資料（資料不完全者恕不受理)。 |
| (三) | 參加資格：全國國小一年級至六年級學生(含應屆畢業生)。 |
| (四) | 徵件時間：112年12月11日至113年1月10日，以郵寄(以郵戳為憑)至主辦單位規定地址。 |
| (五) | 比賽結果公佈：得獎作品將於113年1月22日下午5點公告於《妖怪森林》粉絲專頁。 |
| 四、 | 貴單位所轄建物如設有媒體螢幕或跑馬燈等設備，請協助宣傳以下訊息：動畫電影《妖怪森林》繪畫比賽活動徵件，自即日起至113年1月10日截止，前500名參加者送《妖怪森林》首輪電影兌換券，比賽總獎金15,000元，詳情參考《妖怪森林》粉絲專頁。 |
| 五、 | 檢附原函及活動辦法各1份。 |
