| 二、 | 本研習採實體與線上同步進行方式辦理。 |
| 三、 | 研習資訊如下： |
| (一) | 講題：【數學素養導向教學與評量】實作研習 |
| (二) | 日期：113年10月16日(三)13：30-16：30 |
| (三) | 講師：林柏寬老師(夢的N次方研習講師、中央輔導團-數學領域組長、臺南市永康國中數學專任教師)。 |
| (四) | 研習地點： |
| １、 | 實體研習地點：復旦國小圖書館(活動中心1樓)，請本校及鄰近學校教師優先報名實體研習。 |
| ２、 |
線上研習地點：請至Google Meet會議連結： https://meet.google.com/zxz-hxdj-gdt 線上研習名額100名，以距離較遠之學校教師優先審核通過。 |
| 四、 | 報名方式：請至「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」報名(主辦單位：復旦國小)。 |
| (一) | 實體研習活動編號：【E00053-241000002】，本研習全程參與之教師核發研習時數3小時。 |
| (二) | 線上研習活動編號：【E00053-240900002】，線上研習全程參與之教師須於活動開始及結束後，填寫Google表單作為簽到退紀錄，經審核通過者核發研習時數3小時。 |
| 五、 | 請貴校轉知所屬學校教師踴躍參加，並請惠予出席人員公假登記。 |
