| 主旨： | 有關本校辦理「桃園市113學年度海洋教育種子教師實作學習活動」一案，詳如說明，請 查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據「教育部國教署113學年度補助實施戶外教育與海洋教育計劃-子計畫三」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本活動辦理時間及地點： |
| (一) | 辦理時間：114年1月22(三)、23(四)、24(五)日三日。 |
| (二) | 辦理地點：台南市、屏東縣、彰化縣......等。 |
| 三、 | 活動對象：本市國中小教師(共30名，教師參加旨揭活動期間，經學校同意後在不支領代課鐘點費原則下核予公假登記)。 |
| 四、 | 活動費用：本活動由教育部國民及學前教育署專款補助部分費用，參與人員需自行負擔部分費用新臺幣3,500元整。 |
| 五、 | 活動報名相關事項： |
| (一) | 報名時間：自113年12月20日13:00起至113年12月27日15:00止。 |
| (二) | 報名方式：請填妥附件內之報名表後，傳真報名表至本校(傳真電話：4774037)。 |
| (三) | 錄取方式： |
| １、 | 國教輔導團海洋議題輔導團員。 |
| ２、 | 完成綠階或藍階海洋教育者培訓並取得證書。 |
| ３、 | 海洋教育策略聯盟學校及海洋教育基地學校。 |
| ４、 | 有興趣於校內推動海洋教育教師。 |
| (四) | 繳費方式：待收到錄取通知後，於114年1月3日15:00前至本校繳費。 |
| (五) | 研習報名：於繳費完畢後至桃園市教師研習系統進行研習報名。 |
| 六、 | 本活動每校限報名至多二位(由學校核章同意)，考量活動內容之安排，報名以二人一組為宜；若報名截止後尚有名額，將再開放第二階段報名。 |
| 七、 | 活動計畫如附件，報名前請詳閱內容。 |
