| 主旨： | 有關教育部國民及學前教育署委託國立臺灣師範大學(以下簡稱臺師大)數學教育中心辦理「數學素養教學工作坊-臺北場」一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據臺師大114年1月13日師大數學中字第1141000556號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 研習相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象：本次活動主要以各縣市國中、國小教授數學科正式教師、代理教師及代課教師為主。 |
| (二) | 錄取名額：每組(國小中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組)人數以32人為上限，並視報名情況調整。 |
| (三) | 辦理地點：臺師大公館校區(116臺北市文山區汀州路四段88號)。 |
| (四) | 辦理時間：114年2月15日(星期六)上午9時至下午4時10分，詳如工作坊課表附件。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：請於114年2月4日(星期二)下午3時前至以下網址：https://forms.gle/Fwh2LfV3VNzAn3XL8 報名，並遵循報名相關說明及規定，且逾期恕不受理。 |
| (六) | 報名費用：本場活動不收取任何費用，中午供餐。交通、住宿、保險等費用請自理。 |
| (七) | 證書及參與證明：全程參與課程之教師，將核發所參加之課程證書，並於全國教師在職進修網登錄研習時數。 |
| (八) | 取得證書資格者，日後可申請辦理臺師大數學教育中心之「數學素養教學實作」。 |
