中興大學磨課師(MOOC)線上課程

主旨：	有關國立中興大學磨課師(MOOC)線上課程「農產品百變處理與加工」一案，詳如說明，請查照。

說明：

一、	依據國立中興大學114年5月21日興教字第1140200393號函辦理。

二、	旨揭課程已於教育部磨課師平台上線，將介紹農產品的多樣處理與加工方法，從而提升學員對從產地到餐桌概念之理解和知識。共區分為6個子課程包括「從產地到餐桌」、「農產品處理與加工再進化」、「柿界大不同-甜柿與澀柿」、「蛻變的風華-更年性果實」、「濃縮的滋味-果醬」、「時間成就的風味-乾燥蔬果」。

三、	課程修課免費且可採認環境教育時數，敬請至「教育部磨課師平台」搜尋「農產品百變處理與加工」可立即註冊修課，平台網址： https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/ 。

四、	開課期間：自即日起至114年6月30日止。
