| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據114年4月29日臺教國署國字第1140040648號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為落實國民中小學珍惜健保教育，本署委託國立臺灣師範大學研發符合十二年國民基本教育素養導向之「珍惜健保聰明就醫」創意科技輔助教學模組，並辦理全國教師增能工作坊，透過教材推廣及課程教學應用說明，俾增進教師聰明就醫相關專業知能，深化全民健保議題課程與教學。本計畫參加對象為全國國民中小學教師，並鼓勵不同領域之教師一同參與，以達成跨領域教學之成效。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭工作坊相關資訊臚列如下：北區時間：114年6月18日（星期三）下午1時30分至5 時， 地點：國立臺灣師範大學圖書館校區教育大樓202國際會議廳（臺北市大安區和平東路一段129號）， 線上參加連結：meet.google.com/toa-eerh-vsh ， 報名時間: 即日起至114年6月17日（星期二）下午5 時止；南區時間：114年6月20日（星期五）下午1時30分至5 時， 地點：高雄市立圖書館草衙分館（高雄市前鎮區新 衙路17號），線上參加連結：meet.google.com/gns-iohg-ugn ， 報名時間：即日起至114年6月19日（星期四）下午5 時止， 報名網址及方式：各場次請於報名截止日期前，至 https://forms.gle/HTtovQQ8dqMaamm88 報名(需完成線上問卷才視為報名成功)。 |
