| 一、 | 依據本市114年度友善校園學生事務與輔導工作執行計畫暨教育部生命教育推動方案辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案涉及教育部國民及學前教育署114年度中央對直轄市及 縣市政府一般性補助款考核，本年度考核項目「校長及教職員參與校園學生自我傷害辨識與防治處遇知能研習」， 明定教職員參訓率90%以上，，先予敘明。 |
| 三、 | 本次研習依參訓對象辦理3場次，實施計畫詳如附件一，後續將另案提供旨揭3場次研習課程錄製影片，供學校提供教職員參訓參考運用，研習課程資訊如下： |
| (一) | 第一場次： |
| １、 | 主題：校長在學生自殺自傷防治的角色及任務。 |
| ２、 | 時間：114年7月2日上午9時至12時。 |
| ３、 | 講師：蕭毓文教師。 |
| ４、 | 參訓對象：校長。 |
| (二) | 第二場次： |
| １、 | 主題：學輔人員在學生自殺自傷防治的角色及任務。 |
| ２、 | 時間：114年7月2日上午9時至12時。 |
| ３、 | 講師：陽明高中徐雨堤教師。 |
| ４、 | 參訓對象：學務主任、輔導主任、學務處暨輔導室行政人員及專輔教師。 |
| (三) | 第三場次： |
| １、 | 主題：一般教師在學生自殺自傷防治的角色及任務。 |
| ２、 | 時間：114年7月2日上午9時至12時。 |
| ３、 | 講師：武陵高中林素妃老師。 |
| ４、 | 參訓對象：一般教師。 |
| 四、 | 本次研習採線上方式辦理，請各校參與人員，於自即日起至114年7月2日(星期三)前至「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」報名，Google Meeting會議代碼將公告於前揭研習報名網頁及大華國小網站首頁。 |
