兒童繪畫比賽主題：「飲食均衡，身體好！」
參加對象：分為以下五組報名： ■ 幼兒園組（含學齡前） ■ 國小中年級組（三、四年級） ■ 國小低年級組（一、二年級） ■ 國小高年級組（五、六年級） ■ 慢飛小天使組（國小六年級(含)以下，持有殘障手冊的早期療育兒童）
收件日期：即日起至 2023 年 9 月 22 日（五）16:00 (郵寄者以郵戳為憑)
收件方式：請將報名表 (如附件所示) 浮貼於作品背後，透過以下列二方式擇一繳件：
（一）郵寄繳件：請將作品以捲筒或厚紙板妥善包裹，以免寄送過程折損；寄送至： 32449 桃園市平鎮區廣泰路 77 號，「聯新國際醫院 文化藝術暨體育推廣委員會 收」 （收件時間以郵戳為憑）。
（二）親自繳件：請親臨 聯新國際醫院 服務台（門診大樓一樓）繳交。
規格素材： （1）使用八開圖畫紙（37.5x26cm），請以橫式創作，恕不接受直式作品。 （2）使用素材自備不限，蠟筆、彩色筆、水彩或綜合應用皆可。
得獎名額及獎勵：各組均選出優秀作品，名額如下：

得獎名單通知及頒獎表揚： （1）得獎名單公布：得獎名單於 2023 年 10 月 6 日（五）公佈至聯新國際醫院官方臉書。 （2）作品展出期間：2023 年 11 月 01 日 至 2023 年 11 月 30 日。於聯新國際醫院 藝 文空間展出（門診大樓 1F） （3）頒獎典禮日期：2023 年 10 月 13 日(五)晚間 7 點於聯新國際醫院 藝文空間（門診 大樓 1F）
