| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年12月18日臺教國署學字第1140134131號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依衛生福利部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組(ACIP)114年12月9日第4次會議討論，考量時序入冬為呼吸道傳染病好發季節，以及後續春節連續假期探親旅遊等活動頻繁，COVID-19傳播風險增加，且接種疫苗後產生抗體約需2週，決議自115年1月1日至115年2月28日擴大COVID-19疫苗公費接種對象為「滿6個月以上尚未接種之民眾」，以提升民眾免疫保護力，降低感染後併發重症及死亡風險。 |
| 三、 | 目前國內提供之公費COVID-19疫苗計有Moderna及Novavax 2種廠牌，依疫苗核准適應症，Moderna LP.8.1 COVID-19疫苗適用年齡為滿6個月以上，Novavax JN.1 COVID-19疫苗適用年齡為滿12歲以上，爰滿6個月以上至11歲民眾僅可接種Moderna LP.8.1 COVID-19疫苗，滿12歲以上民眾可擇任1種廠牌疫苗接種。前揭擴大接種對象期間，尚未接種民眾皆可接種，如已接種其中1種廠牌疫苗者，則無須再接種；相關接種建議同現行實施作業。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭疫苗接種地點相關資訊將定期更新於各地方衛生局COVID-19疫苗接種專區及衛生福利部疾病管制署「流感新冠疫苗及流感藥劑地圖」。為促進合作事業國際交流與研究發展，有限責任台灣主婦聯盟生活消費合作社（下稱主婦聯盟合作社）承辦旨揭HUB講座，線上報名連結請參閱活動海報。 |
