| 主旨： | 本校教育研究所杜淑芬教授執行國家科學及技術委員會「新手教師線上親師溝通技巧刻意練習系統之情緒同調訓練與成效研究」專題研究計畫，請查照並鼓勵貴校任職5年內之新手教師踴躍報名參加。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 旨揭計畫（編號：NSTC 113-2410-H-033-016-）擬透過線上課程平台，培訓國中小新手教師親師溝通技巧能力，讓受訓者透過線上平台的擬真情境式影音課程內容、情緒同調作業及AI回饋系統，增進親師溝通實務應用的經驗與成效。 |
| 二、 | 課程內容及研究方法： |
| (一) | 7堂主題式親師溝通技巧課，以語法方式整理讓技巧更容易上手，搭配真實教育場域常見的親師溝通議題作為模擬情境，讓學員能就主題技巧做刻意練習，並以影音方式真實模擬回應，深化理論和技巧的內化。 |
| (二) | 以親師溝通情境做影音式的模擬練習，搭配AI回饋，立即且精準地給予建議，協助教師基礎輔導溝通技巧，讓教師為親師溝通困境做準備。 |
| (三) | 全程以線上平台方式遠距教學，手機電腦皆可使用，將教室延伸到任何角落，讓教師隨時隨地自主學習。 |
| (四) | 透過問卷和訪談，蒐集學員的學習經驗，讓親師溝通的課程發展和相關研究能進步展揚。 |
| 三、 | 課程培訓地點：「杜老師親師溝通技巧線上課程」線上平台。 |
| 四、 | 參加對象：國中小任職5年內新手教師。 |
