| 主旨： | 有關本府婦幼發展局115年月經平權推廣行動計畫之短影音徵件活動，請貴校轉知並踴躍報名，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府婦幼發展局115年5月6日桃婦權字第1150013159號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推動性別友善與經期平權，該局擬透過教育倡議與空間實 踐雙軌並進，鼓勵桃園市市民透過短影音創作，參與月經平權對話，促進社會對月經議題的理解與支持，擬辦理計畫如下： |
| (一) | 活動名稱：「每一個月，都值得被理解 」。 |
| (二) | 徵件主題：打破月經汙名，深化性別教育。 |
| (三) | 對象：設籍桃園市18歲以上市民。 |
| (四) | 徵件時間：即日起至115年5月21日（星期四）止。 |
| (五) | 活動方式：由桃園市民拍攝3分鐘以內原創影片，上傳至 YouTube 頻道，該局邀請專家評選出20件作品，於115年5月28日公布於該局臉書，請民眾上網分享觀後感想留言。 |
| (六) | 鼓勵機制： |
| １、 | 首獎作品新臺幣（下同）3萬元現金禮券乙名。 |
| ２、 | 貳獎作品2萬元現金禮券乙名。 |
| ３、 | 參獎作品1萬元現金禮券乙名。 |
| ４、 | 佳作作品2,000元現金禮券五名。 |
