| 一、 | 依據本局115年4月17日桃教特字第1150033969號函及中埔國小115年5月13日埔小特字第1150003236號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據特殊教育法第7條規定：「(第2項)各級學校與幼兒園承 辦特殊教育業務人員及特殊教育學校之主管人員，應進用具 特殊教育相關專業者。(第3項)前項所稱具特殊教育相關專業 ，指修習特殊教育學分3學分以上，或參加各級主管機關辦 理之特殊教育專業研習54小時以上者。」 |
| 三、 | 本案課程培訓摘要如下：(詳如實施計畫) |
| (一) | 時間：115年7月至8月，課程共計9天(上午9時至下午4時30分 )。 |
| (二) | 地點：中埔國小3樓視聽教室（桃園市桃園區永安路1054 號）。 |
| (三) | 招生對象及人數： |
| １、 | 招生對象：本市各級學校校長、處室主任、承辦特教業務組長以及相關承辦人為優先，學校其他行政人員、普通班教師、教保人員亦可報名(不含代理、代課教師)。 |
| ２、 | 招生人數：本梯次60名，名額如超過時，以每校1名為限，以完成報名先後順序錄取。 |
| 四、 | 報名日期與方式：請於 115年6月15日(星期一) 前將報名表 服務證明核章後，掃描成電子檔寄至特教輔導團廖玉芬小姐 yu58fen@g mail.com 若有相關問題亦請來電洽輔導團電話：03-3013028轉 611廖玉芬小姐、510楊萬教主任。 |
| 五、 | 旨揭課程參加人員在參加人員由學校核予公假登記，不支代課費、加班費。 |
