| 主旨： | 轉知有關國立臺灣師範大學辦理115年「素養導向課室評量資源建置暨推廣計畫」素養導向評量應用研習資訊一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學115年6月5日師大心測中字第1151014694號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭研習實施計畫及課程安排如附件，相關訊息如下： |
| (一) | 辦理科目與日期： |
| １、 | 臺北場次(115年7月6日)：國小數學、國中數學、國中健康教育。 |
| ２、 | 臺北場次(115年8月18日)：國小社會。 |
| ３、 | 臺中場次(115年8月21日)：國小國語文、國小英語文、國小社會、國小自然科學、國中國語文、國中英語文、國中生物、國中理化及地球科學。 |
| (二) | 對象：全國國民中小學教師、師資培育生及其他教育人員，皆可報名。 |
| (三) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 在職教師請登入「全國教師在職進修網」(https://inservice.edu.tw )報名，課程代碼及報名截止日如附件1。 |
| ２、 | 非在職教師、師資培育生或無需研習時數者，請於報名期間透過報名表單完成報名。報名表單連結：https://forms.gle/qjvdyFkeLUsVbaqP7 |
| (四) | 地點： |
| １、 | 臺北場次：中國文化大學推廣教育部大安分部(臺北市大安區和平東路一段155號)。 |
| ２、 | 臺中場次：臺中市立文華高級中等學校(臺中市西屯區寧夏路240號)。 |
| (五) | 研習時數：報名本研習課程且全程參與者，核予6小時研習時數。非在職教師無核予研習時數。未全程參與之教師將依實際出席情況彈性核予研習時數（心測中心具研習時數之認定權）。師資培育生如需研習時數，請自行填寫內容並攜帶師培中心紙本文件與會，由承辦單位簽章認定，研習結束後不予認定。 |
| (六) | 其他： |
| １、 | 本研習免費參與並提供午餐。與會者需攜帶筆記型電腦，以利研習課程進行。 |
| ２、 | 行前通知或活動異動，將於各場次前三個工作天以電子郵件寄送，敬請報名者密切留意個人電子郵件信箱。 |
