| 主旨： | 有關本局辦理「115年下半年度生親師資訊整合平臺」各系統教育訓練課程一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為協助各校熟悉本局「生親師資訊整合平臺」各系統介面與操作流程，爰辦理旨揭教育訓練共4場次，請登入本市教育發展資源入口網( https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx )報名(承辦單位：資訊及科技教育科)，各場次資訊如下： |
| (一) | 國中小學校： |
| １、 | 場次1：「市立國中小雲端學務整合系統」教育訓練-新學期設定介紹(註冊、教學)，活動編號：G00020-260700011，日期：8月17日(星期一)下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| ２、 | 場次2：「市立國中小雲端學務整合系統」教育訓練-學務/輔導功能介紹，活動編號：G00020-260700012，日期：8月18日(星期二)下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| ３、 | 場次3：「市立國中小雲端學務整合系統」教育訓練-授課老師/導師功能介紹，活動編號：G00020-260700013，日期：8月19日(星期三)下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| (二) | 高國中小學校：場次4：「教育發展資源入口網及單一認證授權平臺」教育訓練，活動編號：G00020-260700014，日期：8月20日(星期四)下午1時30分至4時30分。 |
| 二、 | 課程注意事項： |
| (一) | 本訓練課程採線上教學，報名時間、課程連結、課程大綱及適合參加對象請參考附件研習活動時程表，學習者請依個人業務性質擇適當場次參加，並於時限內完成報名。 |
| (二) | 課程講義將於開課前一週放置於報名頁面或Google雲端空間( https://reurl.cc/yWrr3M )提供參訓人員自行下載參閱。 |
| (三) | 倘不克出席者，將於課程結束後，於入口網首頁最新消息以置頂方式提供各場次之錄影檔觀看。 |
| (四) | 研習時數：僅限於上傳全國教師在職進修網(僅教師)，相關核定規定可參閱該網站資訊，各場次核予3小時。 |
