| 主旨： | 有關本局辦理「AI實體工作坊」公假課務派代一案，請鼓勵所屬教師踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局115年7月27日桃教資字第1150069498號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭課程相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 課程主題：不只會聊天！讓 AI 成為你的教務與教學最佳神隊友。 |
| (二) | 課程說明：本課程從校園行政與教學現場的真實痛點出發，運用 AI 整理資料、管理專案、製作文件，減少重複又耗時的工作。學員將實際創造自己的 AI 工作流，並理解如何透過 Gemini Notebook、Opal、Gamma 及 ChatGPT Agent 等工具製作教材或工作文件。無論是 AI 新手或深度使用者，都能依自己的程度完成挑戰，帶著可立即運用的成果與工具組回家。 |
| (三) | 時間：115年9月30日(星期三)下午1時30分至3時30分。 |
| (四) | 地點：桃園市大溪區仁和國民小學電腦教室。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：請至「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」（網址：https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx）點選「活動查詢」-「活動編號」輸入活動編號「G00020-260900010」報名。 |
| (六) | 課前準備事項： |
| １、 | 學員建議自備筆電(請先充飽電)與可登入的 AI 工具帳號。 |
| ２、 | 建議攜帶一份可去識別化的真實工作素材，例如會議紀錄、活動企畫、課程資料或學習單。 |
| ３、 | 涉及個資、學生資料或校務機密時，一律使用去識別化或示範資料。 |
| (七) | 全程參與者核發研習時數2小時。 |
| 三、 | 本局同意參與旨揭研習教師公假課務派代，所需代課鐘點費用由本局主管地方教育發展基金115年度預算貴校分基金－用人費用－聘僱及兼職人員薪資－兼職人員酬金項下支應，倘有不足再行向本局申請。 |
