| 主旨： | 有關「桃園市115年度閱讀故事志工培訓實施計畫」一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局115年6月3日桃教小字第11500477231號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫115年度第1場次培訓研習課程已於115年7月10日（星期五）辦理完竣，第2場次培訓研習課程資訊摘述如下（餘詳如附件）： |
| (一) | 時間及地點： |
| １、 | 南區（中壢區、平鎮區、楊梅區、龍潭區、觀音區、新屋區及復興區）場次，於115年11月7日（星期六）上午8時10分至中午12時30分假平鎮區文化國小2樓會議室（桃園市平鎮區文化街189號）辦理。 |
| ２、 | 北區（桃園區、大溪區、八德區、龜山區、蘆竹區及大園區）場次，於115年11月14日（星期六）上午8時10分至中午12時30分假龜山區幸福國小4樓禮堂（桃園市龜山區頂興路115巷20號）辦理。 |
| (二) | 研習對象：凡是目前服務於中小學各校之閱讀說故事志工或家長，對說故事（包含說演和戲劇）與閱讀活動有興趣，具備喜愛兒童、熱心服務之人格特質，能全程參與培訓課程及未來有意願擔任各校閱讀故事志工者，優先錄取。 |
| (三) | 報名時間及方式：請貴校統一窗口，廣為宣導資訊並協助填寫報名表，南區學校於115年10月30日（星期五）前，北區學校於115年11月6日（星期五）前將「報名表」核章後掃描檔上傳至承辦學校，資訊如下： |
| １、 | 南區場次：上傳網址： https://forms.gle/wZGjDc45yQyhNjet6 ，相關問題請洽平鎮區文化國小廖老師（聯絡電話：03-4921750分機2212）。 |
| ２、 | 北區場次：上傳網址： https://forms.gle/hCLGimQpdYasDfSbA ，相關問題請洽龜山區幸福國小簡老師（聯絡電話：03-3194072分機213）。 |
| 三、 | 檢附「桃園市115年度閱讀故事志工培訓實施計畫」、「桃園市115年度閱讀故事志工培訓研習課程表」及「桃園市115年度閱讀故事志工培訓報名表」各1份。 |
